On the ground floor the visitor is greeted by an ambiguous space: a warehouse? a store? Open or closed? Three hundred videocassette cases offer a combination of title and image that constitutes a kind of humorous bank of all possible movies. This work is mirrored, on the upper floor, by a collection of screenplays, without title or image but offering the movie buff a sense of déjà-vu. Pascal Grandmaison has produced a video Sleep especially conceived for screening in the street, and shown at Techtoniques throughout the duration of the exhibition.
